Tower Bridge Dinner 2018 - Sacramento Hosts Jeremiah Tower (pt 2)

You can read Part 1 on the Blog if you'd like.

After Jeremiah left Sacramento we continued to work with him over the phone to finalize the menu and to work on the logistics of it all.  We would put a cell phone in a bowl so we could amplify his voice.    Brad Cecchi opened up Canon East Sac for us to use as a meeting place.   Jody made us sweet potato cinnamon rolls one morning.  And of course we ate them with caviar.

Somewhere in the middle of Summer we had a menu reveal event.  We invited the press.

We finished the Menu presentation for the Press and were excited to have Jeremiah back in Sacramento and to make the dinner happen.

All five of us got back together at The Golden 1 Center and got to work.   The kitchen at the G1C is amazing.    We had a great group of sous chefs and volunteers back us up.
